2 Orere Camp Site - Orere Point
The design goal was to develop a total of six townhouses, consisting of four attached units and two standalone townhouses, each featuring three bedrooms. The challenge was the uneven site with trapezoidal boundary lines in Massey, West Auckland. The objective was to obtain resource consent and subdivision for the development
