Design Purpose: Private Development and Owner Living at 62 Vandeleur Avenue, Birkdale North Shore The property was located at the back of the site, which was small and had steep contours. There were also height restrictions in relation to the boundaries, making it difficult to design a desirable house. The site was further complicated by the presence of two main stormwater and wastewater pipes at different depths, crossing the site unevenly. Despite these challenges, we used our professional experience and precision in design to create a structurally sound and visually appealing two-storey house with a total floor area of 210m². The interior of the house features two master bedrooms with en-suites, two double bedrooms, and a spacious open-plan living and dining area, as well as a relatively large single garage with EV technology.
