30 Airfield Road – Takanini
The purpose of the design for 30 Airfield Road in Takanini was to address the issue of the housing shortage crisis. The plan was to subdivide the 1032m² site into five separate allotments, each with a standalone townhouse. The client's request was for five detached two-story houses, each with four bedrooms and a spacious living area.
