STAGE 1
– DESIGN BRIEF

This allows us to establish all the necessary requirements for the design proposal before embarking on the formal design process. We take the time to listen to your needs and take detailed notes in order to create a concept plan that is both practical and achievable for your project.
STAGE 2
– CONCEPT & PRELIMINARY DESIGN
During the concept design phase, we will evaluate and deliberate on the advantages and disadvantages of the various design possibilities with you, and we will make a note of your feedback. At this point, we will also discuss the possibility of further collaboration and any necessary council requirements.STAGE 3
– DEVELOPED DESIGN
As a standard practice, we will initiate coordination with other consultants in the early stages of the project and conduct a site inspection to finalize the developed design. Collaborating with other consultants at an early stage is crucial as it can greatly influence the developed design, which is necessary for the consenting process and can significantly impact the project financially.
STAGE 4
– OBTAINING LOCAL AUTHORITIES CONSENT
To obtain Resource consent or Building Consent, there are several other local authority approvals that need to be acquired. However, you don’t need to worry about obtaining these approvals, as we will take care of your project from beginning to end, making sure to obtain all necessary approvals. We will keep you informed at every stage of the process to ensure you are always up to date.STAGE 5
– POST CONSENT PROCESS & CONSTRUCTION PHASE
After obtaining all the necessary approvals, we will provide you with all the approved documents and guide you through the content. Additionally, we will remain available to offer support during the construction phase as needed.
